I am trying to root my LG Optimus S with GingerBreak v1.2 from XDA-Dev. I ran the app and clicked "root" 3 hours ago and it hasn't rebooted yet though the popup animation says it will be a few minutes. Am I doing this right? if not what do I do? I have a formatted 2GB SD card I inserted into the phone, I downloaded the .apk file from the installed browser on the phone, set USB Debugging on, and began the process. Am I missing something?
