Gingersense ROM trouble

[masterdebater]

I installed this ROM from the dev website, and prepared to flash it, but when I start it up, it stays at the White HTC INCREDIBLE launch screen. What do I do?

Sorry for all the posts btw, im just really new to all this.

Edit:

I fixed it, but can someone give me accurate instructions on how to flash it?

[sitlet]

place rom zip on sd card. Reboot into recovery. Make a nandroid backup. clear cache, data and dalvik. then flash rom zip
