give me a reason to stay

Hello
Week 2 since I've been a samsung android user. I miss my blackberry but I'm taking the store clerks advice to give this a try for 30 days. The clock is ticking and I've Idiscovered 4 reasons why I may go back.

I can't seem to view pictures text'd to me
The user manual is useless
There doesn't appear to have auto correct spelling
I can't watch netflix or youtube without constant buffering

If you can help me get around these issues, I might be a keeper

Thanks

the fact you cannot view pictures text'd to you is weird and not common, there may be other factors in this regarding what type of device you have.

the user manual is always useless, i dont know many people who actually read it.

all android phones have autocorrect enabled by default, the fact yours doesnt is a little odd.

if you cannot watch netflix without buffering it may be your provider has a weak signal (it may register 4 bars of service) but the signal may be a weak 4 bars, if you browse the web at slow speeds that should be an indication that your provider coverage isnt as good as you are hoping it to be.

we can help you figure out these issues, and work with you, but as metroid states we need more info on what type of phone you have

You can also check out our Android Phones section to find the type of phone you have as well as go to it's support forums and ask there to get better results.

EDIT: That is, if your type of phone has it's support forums yet of course.
