Global variables lost (null), when return to app

I have an app, which run perfectly fine on Samsung Tablet with 1GB RAM. But when I tried to run it with lower RAM (mobiles/tablets), and when I tried to minimize the app using Home button, and return to the app, the Application level (Global ) variables are getting lost, When I tried to access, it says null.


Please help asap.
