Hey all, i've been trying to figure out how to get my email and facebook notifcations to update a bit more rapidly, i can't seem to find the option to do it, some times i get home and have 30 emails, but it seems my phone only updates once a day. unless i do a manual refresh, same goes for facebook, it pushes me messages but not notifications.
