Good morning everyone. I am enjoying my S5 very much, I LOVE getting new phones when they come out, it's so much fun to learn about them and figure out the stuff they can do.

I am am having a bit of an issue with the Gmail app, I think....
Here is what is going on..... my business partner and I use the Google Calendar to set schedules for upcoming jobs and to remind each other of when quotes are due. My issue is this, when my partner (he is on a Note2) creates an event on his Samsung calendar or the Google calendar, he includes me as an invitee, when I get the notification in my Gmail, I open the app and try to click the yes or accept button, nothing happens and the event is not transfered to my calendar. However, if I open Gmail in a browser, it works fine. Also, after I open the Gmail app and try to use the back button to close gmail, it doesn't work and I have to press the main button/home key to get back to my home screen.

Any thoughts?

My situation was different. Gmail just stopped receiving inbound messages period.

I went through a lot of agony and finally decided that I had screwed down the security on Google+ so tight, nothing could get into my world.

Google's penchant for wanting to know everything about your life worries me a lot. I restrict it as much as I can.

I don't use the Google Calendar, so no help there from me.
