Gmail App on HTC

The Andoid Mail App and the Android Hotmail App allow pinch technology to enlarge or decrease the size of the text etc on screen. Gmail's own app on the Android however does not appear to support this pinch technology or offer any other way to enlarge/decrease size. Am I missing something? Is there a workaround?

Doesn't look like it in the Gmail app..but you can map your gmail account to the Mail app if pinch is important to you...

Negative. I just tested it on my Rezound and Calendar is not an option in the Mail app...but the pinch works...

So much for Google appss supporting their own operating system. Oh well - Hotmail works a dream!

Although I'm not certain on how to do it, I'm fairly sure that Sense will allow you to connect appointments and whatnot from Mail to the Calendar app. It is, after all, Sense's selling point of making it easy to share information from Sense app to Sense app.

Thanks but no point in messing about, Hotmail works out of the box either in its own app or via mail app.So goodbye Gmail.
