gmail app update

Hi, i see that there is an update for gmail (Updated Gmail app in Android Market - Official Google Mobile Blog) but am unable to find a link to it. The QR code and the link are not valid. Can somebody pls help? I'm on a HTC Desire HD.

Hi. The app i have is 2.3, but this one is 2.3.2, an update to it. I've checked my features too, and they are not as new as some of them in the column. Can u pls help?

The latest version of the gmail app - from back in September - is Froyo and above. Doesn't work and isn't available for Ecair.

kind of a related question...anyone using the Gmail Unread Count widget? it's great that it lets you know how many unread emails you have...but is there any way to make it take you to your inbox instead of opening the most recent email? that's really annoying.
