Gmail/Calendar syncing issues x10a

The past few weeks my calendar has stopped working properly. It didn't bug me that much because all I really use it for is to check when hockey games are.

I still have stuff that I've had in my Google Calendar for years like holidays, moon phases, or birthdays, but none of my new stuff comes up in my Calendar on my phone.


Also, out of nowhere, I've stopped getting email alerts. None of my sync settings have changed. I'm wondering though if this may be a Gmail side problem, because I've also noticed on my google desktop screen new emails no longer appear in bold.

I'm getting sort of tired of this, I also have to turn the wireless off and back on if I change rooms in my house.

Emails: only advice is apply and change new settings each time then send tests to yourself, only way you will find out where the option is!

I reset the check time from 5 to 10 and back to 5 minutes, and then I was getting emails. And then last night I got two emails and my phone didn't notice.

In my Calendar, if I go to my Calendars, I see every Calendar on my Google Calendar is checked, but still some of them just aren't showing up.
