Help Gmail. .can't sign on

Anyone having a problem signing on to gmail? I have two gmail accts and I can't sign on to either one. Had my GS3 since they came out and this my first time I've had a major issue. Help please.

Can you sign in using a PC?
If you can, change your password on the G.account on the PC.
If you can't the issue is with the account, so you will need to send reset instructions to you alternate email address; if you set one up.

Go into your phone and try with the new password.

If not; back everything up on your phone and do a factory reset, this will force it to connect to Google.
