Help gmail crashes on launch

I haven't been getting any mail notifications lately, and I tried to start gmail, and it crashes as soon as I try to lauch it.
Just did a quick search and didn't find anything, so i'm sure it's just a setting I have wrong or disabled. I shut her down & rebooted, but no change.

Anyone know where I should start?
