GMail e-mail link issue

If I receive an email link like:
mailto:mailaddress?body=text+text+text&subject=text+text

Clicking on it in browser it creates a new mail:
To: mailaddress
Subject: text text
Body: text text text

But clicking on it in Android GMail app it includes the '+' signs:
To: mailaddress
Subject: text+text
Body: text+text+text

I have send many mails a day if I don't want to type all of them. Also I can't change the link. Are there any way to force GMail to use links porperly?

On my Nexus 4, Gmail handles the link properly, but the Android "Compose [Email version 4.1]" produces the undesired results. I am presented with a choice when I select the email link.

Ignoring the space typo in your example, are you certain that you're using the gmail, instead of the email?

It's a typo, yes.
I'm 100% sure that I'm using Gmail app instead of Email app. In Email app it's working fine, but I don't like it. It's slow etc.
I have a Galaxy Mini 2, running stock Gingerbread. Jelly Bean is being pushed soon for this device. Is it possible that different Gmail app is running on GB, ICS and JB? Well, will see after the update.
