Help Gmail Force closes

Just got a refurb Droid 2 a couple of days ago. After updating the Gmail app from the market I keep getting force closes. I go back into the market and uninstall the update and it starts working. Any ideas why this is happening?

They just released an update that should fix this issue. I think it came out today.
