Gmail Issues

[wolvy29]

Hi all. My evo 3d recently updated to 4.0.3 and I'm having dramas with my gmail account.
The gmail app lets me get my email no probs but cant attach a document only pictures or videos. If I use the original email app that comes with android, it doesnt get past the username or password, says its cant authenticate them.

Has anyone had these issues? Im happy to use the gmail app if I can get it to send documents or go back the original email app if I can get my gmail account to work!!!! Either is fine.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Wolvy.

I have a 3D too. I have Astro file manager (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.metago.astro) installed, and with that, I get an option in Gmail to attach any file from my SD card. I'm pretty sure any of the other popular file managers do the same. Hope that helps.

Sorry, can't help with your other email problem.
