Help Gmail not being received

I can only imagine it's something I've done, but my gmail messages aren't coming through unless I do a manual refresh.
Everything else works OK, and tweetdeck is happily refreshing twitter/facebook.

I've seen a few references to this when searching, but very little in the way of solutions - has anyone got any ideas?
