Help Gmail not pushing notifications after MM update

I just got the MM update installed, had to do a factory rest to get it to install, and now I am not getting gmail notifications. I know this has been an ongoing issue going back a few updates but it hadn't seen any issue until now. Is there any fix for this?

Gmail may be working now but I'm not sure other notifications are coming through. Will keep watching it for odd behavior and will update if needed.
