Gmail password change question

Okay so I dont remember my password for my gmail but i am still logged onto it from my phone. I cannot get into my gmail from my computer because of this.

I dont remember the recovery email address and ive went through the process from my PC to change it but i cant. So since i am still logged onto it from my phone, is there a way to change the password? There isnt many settings to choose from

Go into your Google account settings and add a phone number as a recovery option for password. Then try to recover your password using text message.
