This is the 2nd time in a week that gmail push is failing. The first time it was affecting several android users, google even recognized the problem. I haven't seen anything to that affect again. Anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to possibly cure this?
Well i ended up doing a hard reboot (pulling the battery while phone still on) and that seemed to help. Did 2 test emails and got the notification within about 30 seconds. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
