GMail question

I almost hesitate to ask this, but its driving me crazy, so at the risk of sounding completely out to lunch........
I use Gmail only because I had to set it up with the phone. i dont get much mail there, so dont go in very often. But tonight on the computer I went into GMail to clean out old email, and also to see if I could find what things are backed up there from my phone. i never did find the things that are backed up. However I clicked on the 'Documents' link at the top and there are a ton of docs in there! mostly pngs - icons, docks, wallpapers and such. Now heres the thing: they aren't mine! lol
I am totally baffled why all these items, by an person not known to me... are in my Gmail.

They may be have been put on your phone when you installed a launcher for example, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

Hmm, could be i spose.. but the "Owner" is not me, and most or maybe all, are items I've never seen before, and some of the wall papers are obviously custom (ie: with girly pics on them etc)
Very bizarre. Has me puzzled...

I just looked in documents and found something in there from someone else aswell wtf. The actual image in there is from a failed HTC driver install though so I suspect it has something to do with the phone.

Don't think it's anything to worry about,I use 2 step verification so know that no one else has been assessing my account. If you click on details in the bottom right hand corner of Gmail it will tell you the IP address and time it was last accessed.
