Gmail question

Hi, very quick one - anyone know how I can change my Gmail settings whereby the main header is the sender the sub-header is the message subject? Currently it seems like having it the other way around is the only option, but this is at odds with every other email account or setup I think I've ever had?

Can't see anything in the settings or preferences that gives me this option.
