gmail update overnight

I noticed my gmail app updated overnight. Has anyone else? I'm wondering what you think.
I'm particularly irritated by the fact that they moved the send button when responding to emails. Where the send button was, is now a "respond inline" button.. ack!

I wish we could disable conversation view, like you can on the web now.

Also, needs to have a way to show pictures by default, without clicking each time.

Back to K-9 I guess.

I see the release notes say something about the ability to send from any of your aliases. Where is that option? Or does it just automatically reply using the alias it was sent to?

there is a drop-down on the compose screen where you can choose which email you want to send from. But you can't switch if you're replying to a message, or forwarding a message.
