Gmail Won't sync

I have tried restarting my phone, clearing gmail data, restarting my phone and Internet is about 10-20 Mega Bytes per second.
And my android won't sync gmail.

Oh, and also I checked accounts and sync and gmail sync was on.

Can somebody help me?
