I have a Note 4 and I am curious if there is a way of deleting your Gmail without going through each one individually and deleting even if you have deleted the mail in your Gmail account? The account gives you the ability of deleting multiple mails, why not the Gmail app?

Select multiple emails by tapping the icon on the left in the subject line, then use the Delete button to delete all at once.
