Go backup to Sd card

Galaxy S2 4.1.2. un-rooted. I like Go Launcher so thought I would use GO Backup Pro with it.

However I cannot see how to make my local backup to my External 64GB SD card; the local backup path is greyed out.

Any help please?

If your card is working then it shouldn't been grayed out. I am using go backup also and in settings, I have the option either to select internal memory or SD card. Make sure that your SD card is properly mounted and visible to system.

Thanks but still not working.

In Files I can see my SD card and can read/play any files on it e.g. video no problem, so card is correctly mounted and working.

But, after uninstall/Reinstall, Go Backup (3.48) local path still greyed out.

What I can't understand is if I have the Pro (Premium) version; back in 2012 I paid

I also bought the pro version from play store. Just make sure that you can write to the SD card. Write a small file to SD card. You can insert another card and see if it detects the other card to be sure.

It is available in play store as "go backup and restore pro" but in applications, it is labeled as " go backup". Open playstore and search for go backup and restore . If it says open and uninstall then your version is pro version otherwise it is not.
