Help Go clever

[Android Question]

I got a go clever tablet from a friend but he hasn't used it in a long time and can't remember the unlock code i have tried holding down the power button and volume buttons but nothing's happening anyone know how I can restore it to factory settings please

DId you check their site to see if they have ROMS and flashing software?
