Go Laucher EX dock icons

Hi, I recently got a Samsung Galaxy S2 epic touch and installed the Go Launcher EX. This is my first time using Go Launcher EX.

I have 2 questions regarding the dock icons at the bottom of the screen.

1. Are they changeable? I couldn't find anyway to change it.

2. I deleted one icon by mistake and the dock row went to 4 icons. Is there any way to add that icon back. I had to reset the Go Launcher to get back the 5 icons. Is there a better way?

Long press on home screen> select app > drag down to dock.
