Well, yeah, GO Launcher EX is draining a lot of memory..
Well, actually, it is not the Launcher itself that drains it. When I look under "Apps", I see that GO Launcher EX is keeping Google Play running constantly, with the service "MarketBillingService"... and this service alone is hogging 32 MB of RAM at least, and sometimes up to 57 mb, which is a lot on my RAM-poor Xperia Pro.
Why is that service there? Is there any way at all to disable it? Because if it weren't for that, RAM usage would be acceptable.
I really wish it were possible, mainly because this launcher is the only one I've tried that rotates the home screen without having to pull out the keyboard..
