So today, I guess today they had an update for the program, and while I was changing my home wallpaper, for some reason, when I turn the phone horizontal and scroll from home page to home page, the wallpaper doesn't scroll anymore, I checked my settings and everything is set to default (with the ability to scroll) and vertical still has a scroll able background. I tried 3 different pictures and same result, the horizontal picture stays in place and doesn't scroll.
