Go Launcher icon issue

Mister F

Newbie
I'm having a minor issue with Go Launcher. I recently got my phone back after bringing it into Telus for repair, so I had to reinstall all my apps. Including the launcher. I have a Samsung Galaxy S (Fascinate).

Go Launcher (latest version, 3.11) has two icon themes included: default style and UI 3.0 Theme. Strangely enough, the UI 3.0 theme is selected by default and it says it's current even when I have the other one selected. Here's what it looks like:

I decided I liked the default theme better and changed the settings. The weird thing is that when I tap the home icon and it refreshes the screen, for a second or so the UI 3.0 theme icons will appear. Then it'll switch to the icons I selected. Like this:

and this

It's a minor annoyance but it would be nice to fix. Does anybody know a solution?

The "Default" is Go Launcher's default theme, not your system's! Go now apparently thinks that Go, with it's artsy (and mostly unintelligible) aesthetic taste is now the default for everything.

I recently went through that when I had to buy a new phone, and it's one more annoyance added to widgets which are weak at best, aggressive pitches for more (of even worse quality). Also new was two or three screens of outright spam which I had to remove! I used to love this launcher for being fast and having features which actually work, but the annoyance of so much crap that it wants to sell and it's huge footprint (almost 10MB phone memory is why I switched to tiny and quiet Zeam!
