Help Go Launcher Themes vs Samsung Theme

Help!
I want to use the different themes out there because I think that is one cool feature that Android has that the iPhone doesn't offer. I set my default theme to the Samsung theme by mistake and now I have no idea how to take it off in order to set it to some themes that I have downloaded. Can someone help me change my theme from what it is now to other themes?

You are trying to use a goLauncher theme? Try opening golauncher from your app list
