I have Go Launcher and ive installed Go Notifications but i still do not get the number on the icons for anything, is it because I have an Icon Pack selected?

You may have to go into the settings to select them.
Settings, notifications, then select the ones you want
If that doesn't work, try using a theme to rule out the icon pack

thanks, it was in go launcher settings/plugins i had to tick them off like your said
