GO SMS issues! advice please!

I installed GO SMS PRO after having the same following issue with Handsent; On about half of the occasions that text message is received, my phone goes blank, completely dead. The only way to get it back on is to remove the battery and start over. What is happening?

Does this happen when you uninstall it? Try uninstalling it and re-installing it.

Yes, I have tried that and still have the same results .. I so lost as to why my phone just dies like that.

Is your device rooted or is there another app you're using? Has this happened even with Go SMS uninstalled?

It is not rooted. It is a fairly new phone ( 3 weeks old ) and I have pretty much only added GO SMS, light flow and swiftkey 3.

Also, I do not know if the same thing happens without GO SMS as I never used the installed SMS application.

I have read about some issues with Light Flow. Try disabling it or removing it and see if there is any difference. Might be worth the time and you can always reinstall.

I'll second that. i think Lightflow will be the offender.

I'll third the light flow suggestion. Get rid of it, I've not heard anything good about an S3 with light flow installed.

I'd also check for firmware updates via kies or over the air (or both) or if you have updated, try a factory reset. This seems to iron out lots of little bugs for some users.
