GO SMS Pro Issues

Anyone else having issues with the latest version of GO SMS Pro?

Regardless of what I change the notification to, it will always use the default notification sound for the phone, not the one I choose in GO SMS Pro.

I also just recently started getting all SMS messages in pairs. I always get two of each message now. This just started happening recently.

Anyone else?

Thinking of uninstalling and trying something else, although I'm not a fan of the Handcent interface and I don't want ads in my SMS app like Chomp has.

Not having any problems with mine. The 2 messages thing is normally a network provider issue rather than a phone issue though.. they normally need to resend you their "message settings"

You did turn off the native message app?
One time when there was an update to Go I noticed that all the settings reverted to default.
?

i just received a Facebook notification (i have it set up so i receive a text message when someone writes on my wall) and received it broken up into 3 text messages. LOL!

not sure if it's on Virgin Mobile's side or if GO is working through a bug.

Well, I just uninstalled and reinstalled and that appears to have fixed the duplicate issue, but it keeps using the default tone and not what I select in GO SMS for notification. Bizarre.

My Nexus S does that (defaults to phones tone) after a few days or if I make any changes, but that is on any 3rd party SMS I use. Not just GO. I have tried a few (using Handcent now) and my phone did it on all of them.

Hi,
I am using GOSMS Pro on my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, when I delete any SMS thread, then It removes the bodu of the SMS but leaves the sender name with (no Subject).
I do not want to see this as it is increasing the list, anyone has any idea to hide or remove this.
Thanks:)

I have been having an issue with my GO SMS PRO on my Droid X for a few days now. I have tried turning it off and on and taking the battery out. I have tried clearing the cache in the app but am still having the problem. It is driving me nuts! When I type a text...I am only able to get a few letters typed and it bounces back and forth from the letter box at the bottom to the original screen and it takes FOREVER to send a text. I don't know how to explain it but I am thinking it must be able to be fixed somehow??? Can someone please help?
