go SMS Pro on S10

I am wondering if anyone has go SMS pro and if so if they are able to use a custom notification for when they recieve a text message? I have tried lots of things that I did on my S7 and nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i do not use go sms pro, but you can't select your contact with in the apps settings and select a notification sound? i can do this in google messages

I know this. I have a mp3 notification sound that I used on my S7 and for some reason I cannot use it on my S10. You can select message notification sounds in go sms pro, yet I am having a hard time since upgrading to the S10.

I do not want to make a custom notification sound. I want to use a sound I have on my external memory card.

Google for the tweaks, and maybe you might get something for your issue.

I know this is late and all however better late than never right? Anyways I have the S10 and I have the GO SMS Pro text app installed. When you are in the app and tap on a conversation with someone. - At the top right is the person icon you would tap on that, and than "Notification" and within there is a section for "Ringtone". I just changed mine and changed it for someone else. Hopefully that helps you out.
