Help Go SMS Pro sending issues

Ok, I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 on T-Mobile, not sure if this is the same for all carriers.

I have been using Go SMS Pro. Never had any issues till they updated it a few updates ago..I have uninstalled it and reinstalled. The problem is, that some Text (SMS)messages won't send, they FAIL. It don't matter if it's short (5 or less words) or long. or to who it gets sent to. I can, however, exit out of this app, and try to send it using the stock App that came with the phone and it sends without any issues. I am lost at this point as to why it keeps happening, or how to fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this isuue and if so, how have you fixed it?

I have alos tried to use Hancent SMS and it also did the same thing..
 
Two things can occur whenever an application is updated: The app gets Better or Worse. I've seen and read about some members complaining about this said app. You can contact the app developer via email about the problem you are experiencing.

In my opinion; I believe the stock messaging app works very well.
 
Thanks for the Reply and your opinion....I have tried the stock app, and found it Ok...I like some of the features the Go SMS Pro has to offer, But, I think I might have to go back to the stock after all. I have been emailing the developer since, back in December and haven't gotten any responses....

Try Handcent SMS... I found it works better..don't have the sending issues, and you can back up what you want to the handcent cloud.. Just create a user name. I'm Homeuser...
 
having the same problem with handcent and even in bigsms......havnt check stock messaging app.I cant find it on google play.

Ohh....the original (stock) app should still be on your phone....unless you changed the default....to clear it. go to your home screen, choose, MENU..SETTINGS....APPLICATIONS....Chose the ALL on the top and what ever app you're using as a default for SMS, (Like I'm using Hancent SMS). click on that app and scroll down till you see "CLEAR DEFAULTS"....and chose that then see if you have issues with the standard app again...and you can always chose to put the one you were using back as the default later...this is just to help you chose what is causing the issue...
 
Same issues with Go for me, only more with the SMS, will try to send for days with no warning it didn't go out! Went back to stock.
