Help GO SMS Pro wont blink my Home LED anymore.

My wifes F6 is stock, she refuses to root it or change it any way. Her GO SMS Pro LED Blink notification works just fine, custom colors, blink rate.. everything..

Mine did work up until recently. Even being rooting and everything. Now it just won't work anymore... My default messenger LED notification works just fine but only when go sms is uninstalled. Default messenger gives the tone n the vibration but no led with it installed. I use the same go sms my wife uses.

Anyone else had this issue? Or could lend some insight?

What I have noticed with mine is that when a message is received, sometimes it turns on and unlocks my screen, even though it is set to not do this. Seems only certain "individual" notification sounds(ringtones) will do this. When setting up the LED, it states that it will blink only when the screen is off. So maybe it has something to do with specific notification sounds or a screen response bug.
