Go to non-mobile websites?

I already misplaced my manual, because apparently I am a very careless person - could anybody direct me to where I can set the phone so it does not default me to mobile websites (touch.facebook.com or m.cnn.com) but always takes me to the URL I actually request?

I have spent a lot of time searching and looking through every option menu my phone has but haven't been able to figure this one out. A VZW promo guy showed me that you could toggle b/t the HTML and flash browser to see full and mobile sites. Now I can't figure it our and it is killing me.

you can find the pdf of the manual here. DROID by Motorola Support - Motorola USA as far as that toggle i cant find it either

did some checking and it looks like there is another thread on this subject here
http://androidforums.com/android-applications/11259-browser-redirected-mobile-sites.html it looks like there isnt a way to default to the non mobile sites.
