godaddy exchange mail

Hey all, I am a small startup and utilize the microsoft exchange mail hosting offered by godaddy.com

I was running into certificate errors and the mail wouldn't sync. I couldn't resolve the situation so I deleted the account and tried to re-add it to my phone.

Now nothing will add. I called them and they are apparently having internal problems right now (or at least that is what they claim). I can't access my email on my phone either through the app or on the phones browser through the OWA site.

On the computer, its fine, with exception of the mobilemail site.

I need this email for business and they claim they can't give me an estimate of when it will be fixed. Days? Months? Years?

Anybody else have the service and having problems?

Verizon thunderbolt w/ gingerbread not rooted.

Otherwise if you have all the settings correct including encryption and they are telling you they are having issues then there probably having issues. Godaddy isnt known to admit to an issue until its so obvious that they have to. Nonetheless if their imap is down theres still a chance that the web based is still up.

Nope, won't login.

The user name or password you entered is incorrect. Re-enter your password or clear the login list.

Even from their direct OWA login, the site is down.

They have admitted to the problem, but can give me no estimate of when its going to be back up.
 
It happens. I can only recall it happening to google one time in the many years that Ive been using google.com/a and when imap went down pop and web were still up. Imap was down for maybe 4 hours or so.

Nonetheless like I said, not a fan of godaddy email but to each his own.
 
Not a godaddy fan either, but if godaddy is having internal problems, then seems logical to wait for it to get fixed.
