Root going back to complete stock rom with root

ive been looking around for a few weeks now trying to figure out what i should do about going back to stock with only root.. i found something on android police about reflashing the stock firmware but i have a few questions before i attempt it.. im currently running das BAMF 3.0 rc 4.9 and have either the mr2 or 2.5 radio installed.. it ran great at first but im getting so many bugs right now i think id rather just go back to stock. if i go back to stock should i reflash the mr1 radio before hand to avoid any complications or will the stock firmware take care of the radio/kernel too? ive done a lot of searching but the only stock roms ive found are ones like de-bloats.. i dont care about the bloat as long as i can stay rooted or re-root the phone. any advice would be appreciated!
