Help going into driving mode randomly?

At random times my phone will say its charging while its not and also randomly go into drivin mode... is this happening to anyone else??

That would make two of us as it has happened about 5 times.

its also killing my battery, went to bed at 97 woke up and it was dead... checked graph it was awake the ENTIRE time... no wifi, 4g, or anything turned on.. not even gps..

Maybe i'll call sprint and see about a replacement

I have not seen it effect my battery. When it pops up I simply pull down the top bar and turn it off immediately.

I assume it happened when I was sleeping, oh well... Called Sprint and got a brand new one today Happy because I rooted and there wasn't a complete way to go to stock before

I am also having this problem. If anyone has found a fix for it I would be very happy to hear about it. I do not have any warranty on my phone and am not prepared to deal with this..
