Good free app to secure wipe data ?

Hello, I want to sell my old phone Sumsang (run Android 4.2)
I want to secure wipe all my data, which is the good free app please !

encrypt the storage.. and then factory reset.

Factory resetting deletes the encryption keys... so all you could possible recoverer is encrypted data with no way of decrypting it.

Encrypt the phone with an app or without app ( Setting) is better ?

Define 'better'?

Its certainly effective... the important thing is to factory reset it afterwards... as that destroys the encryption keys so even if files or sectors were recovered from the device, you wouldn't be able to read any of them.
