would it be a good idea to make an app to earn money with your android device? With making money i mean pay per install, pay per click and such things.

Well for a Paid Application the application must have value, and I'm sure many people have made good money from Android applications.
Pay per click is a doable, but again for pay per click to work the application would have to be reasonably popular.
In summation yes you can make good money off android applications, but as in the same way you can make money of the web, tv and everything else.
The idea and implementation is where the money is.
