Good Offline Topo Map

Hey, does anyone know of a good terrain/topo map which can be used offline?(the area of use has low to no signal). One which can mark waypoints and trails.

Have a look at Maverick.
You can preload the free maps of the area on your SD card.
EDIT: The quality of this Open Street Maps depends of your country .. or the area you want to visit.

An other good one is ViewRanger. But premium maps of the area on the SD card you have to buy.
