Root Goofed up a root

first post on this forum so what's up everybody.

Anyways, long story short I thought it would be a cool idea to root my phone and started messing around with it and eventually downloaded a font to replace the original that came on my phone. It didn't show some of my letters/numbers things like that and in a moment of ultimate stupidity, instead of just un rooting. I factory reset my phone. Now I still have the same font that I didn't want, but now I can't re-root my phone to try and change it. Each time I try to download a root it says it's already rooted. Any suggestions to fix the issue or am I just boned? Lol

Model - LG G3
Carrier - Sprint
Version - 4.4.2

Any info I missed on lemme know and I'll add it.

Hello!
A simple factory reset will not unroot you...that's is why "it" says you are still rooted.
You just need to install another font that you like. ;)

Wouldn't I need to root to be able to get a new font? I don't have any of the applications from rooting since the reset removed them. The font I'm speaking about replaced the original smart new gothic text and that's the one I was trying to root to replace back. But have been having those issues.

How did you install the font in the first place?
When you did a factory reset, yes, all your installed apps will go away, but your root will stay.
What root method did you use? Did you have to install the SuperSu app after rooting? If so, you just may have to download it again from the PlayStore.

Ahhh ok, I'll give that a shot. I downloaded a font from super su and I get it replaced my new smart gothic text with that one and I wasent able to change it.
