Googl Voice problem

When people call me on my google number it says "call can't be completed as dialed" even with 1 and the area code. HELP

What is your locale? It seems to be a local switch issue. A few minutes of research on Google told me that. "hint hint"

Locale is Northwest Florida near Pensacola. I have spent 4 hours looking on Google to find a fix for the problem. If you know something I missed PLEASE let me know.
