Google Account Disabled. How do i get it back

As this is a android forums i thought maybe someone might know. they just disabled for know reason that i know of. hoping they respone to the form i filled out. if not im switching to Windows phone cause i have $100+ apps on that account and if they delete it thats the end for me. so anyone know what this is and how i can get it back
 
It depends on why they disabled it. It could range anywhere from a mistake on their part to fraud on yours (or someone who stole your identity). You still own the apps you downloaded - they didn't disable them.
 
It's not clear what you're saying.
What did you observe to make you think your Google account was disabled?
What leads you to believe your Google account would act different on a new phone than your existing phone?
(I'm not trying to be argumentative, just trying to understand what you're saying)
 
OP, are you sure that you're logging in with the same gmail address as before? That's what the apps are linked to. If you signed in with one gmail account on your old phone, then signed in eight a different account with the new phone, you'll need to add the old gmail account to the new phone in order to access all the apps that are tied to that address.
