Help google acount setting problem

i am using Tmobile $10 data plan on the I7500

I can access internet now, but when I try to set up the google account, it always tell me the sim card is not provided with internet access. Any idea?

I can use market to download some applications yesterday, but I can't open it because I clear the previous owner's google account.

Is your internet access by wifi or by your sim card ?
Perhaps a call to Tmobil might clear up any doubts as to your sim card malfonction.
