I am on a Sony Xperia T with Android 4.1.2. Until now I only used the GPS location services, as I disagree with sending Google my location.
Now that I've installed Cerberus in case my phone is stolen, it makes sense to allow this app to use wifi/mobile network to pinpoint location.
Don't you find it slightly outrageous that you can't allow Apps to use the wifi/mobile network services without also allowing google to download your location data? They have bundled these two very distinct features into one in the settings menu. Cheeky!
So my question is, do we have a method to only extend this feature to selected apps, and deny Google the opportunity to use this data?
