Hi Trisha and welcome to Android Forums!
That's not a very popular tablet so we don't have a forum for it. But I did go looking for you and came up with this. First you'll want to power down the tablet by holding the power button until it turns off. Then here's what I found for you:
Have tablet powered off, first hold Menu, then hold Power, when you see the Android holding an umbrella under the rain let go off Power. You are now in Android system recovery.
Let go of Menu, the controls are: Up = Vol+, Down = Vol- or the circle button with a Square icon, Select = Home. Use the volume buttons to navigate to wipe data/ factory reset, and click Home to select it.
Like I said: I found this for you. I do not own a Flytouch tablet, so I can't verify this procedure. But it SHOULD restore your daughter's tablet to out-of-the-box state. Hope this helps.
It's great to have you here
EDIT: Between Rush and me, I think we've got it covered
Let us know if it works!
