google api 8 level with platform 2.2 - Application not installed

Hi everybody!

Please help me problem.
If I use <uses-library android:name="com.google.android.maps" /> in file AndroidManifest.xml. I install in android platform 2.2 and have problem is Application not install.

This is OK
I use <uses-library android:name="com.google.android.maps" /> in file AndroidManifest.xml. I install in android platform lower 2.2 is OK.
